Where a recipe needs a visible inclusion or controlled rehydration rather than a powder, we supply dehydrated onion and garlic in kibbled, chopped, minced and granulated cuts. Lightweight and stable in storage, flakes are widely used in dry soup bases, instant noodle sachets, snack mixes and retail seasoning.
